24+ Hours Before Service
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour or transfer are eligible for a refund.
Processing Fee
A 3.5% administrative and transaction fee will be deducted from the total amount paid to cover processing costs. The remaining balance will be refunded using the original payment method.
Less Than 24 Hours
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service are non-refundable.
